Iran director makes ‘Circle’ doc on HIV/AIDS

Iranian documentary ‘Circle’ focusing on HIV/AIDS is slated to be screened at the Health Film Festival in Iran.

The documentary has been shot in a women’s prison in Iran and revolves around AIDS/HIV dangers.

The film narrates the story of a prisoner who is released from prison and lives in the streets as a homeless.

Her husband had HIV and she had given birth to her child when she was in prison.

The Health Film Festival aims to collect brilliant ideas by inviting committed cinema artists whose concern is a healthy life for people.

The second edition of the fest runs August 23-27, 2017 in Tehran.
